Unhappy client pathetic service

I have been calling the call center since Monday for assistance regarding a revolving loan that i have since last year October. I accepted the debicheck for the debit order since then i haven't received any funds when i called the contact center today i spoke to a very rude arrogant agent so finchoice assumed that they are a well established financial institution i beg to differ. I have never had such pathetic service with any other company. The agent couldn't give me valid reason as why i wasn't paid and he had the nerve to tell me maybe i don't understand his language how does someone speak to their clients in that manner when i asked to speak to a manager a female comes on the line and does even introduce herself she just asked how can i help you and when i asked for a manager she said the management are all working from home that's really unprofessional so how does one do business with a company like this i would never recommend anyone to Finchoice. The person i spoke to was Luiabone not even sure if he was lying and his so called manager is named Kiesha and she refused to give me her surname its a shame that we receive service like this i work at a contact center and will never allow my staff to be this unprofessional
