Unfulfilled promise

<p>I am very upset with Finchoice.My account was at legal and it was paid up this year on the 30/01/2017.i am unhappy at the fact that the loan is paid up for 7 months already but it still shows i owe an amount of R2833.The account was with NRB and it was handed over to them while i was paying off this debt but i cant remember when or the company the account was with before this.Before i paid the account off the guy told me December is my last payment then he called me back January saying i must pay the last amount which i did.I even asked him are you sure its the last amount and he said yes.I told him i would like a settlement letter once its paid up and he said i would need to phone him which i did but no answer.I need the settlement letter as the account is paid off and needs to be removed from my credit record as it is paid up .I dont owe anything on this account.</p>
