Unfair Treatment While I paid them off

I took out a Finchoice Mobi Money of R1000 every sometimes last year. I fell behind and I ended owing Finchoice R2700 of which I made arrangements to pay it in R500 until finishing it. Then on the 6th of February 2020 I paid off the outstanding amount of R1470. Since then i have been calling them to update my profile at relevant credit bureaus without any success. What i dont understand is the quickness for credit providers to update your credit profile when you owe them but then dragging their feet when one has paid them off in updating your profile at credit bureaus. Also feeling that credit bureaus are in cahoots with Finchoice not to update my profile. I'm really tired of begging Finchoice to update my profile t credit bureaus. Can someone help me please
