Unfair treatment

<p>In February I sent finchoice my letter for retrenchment as well as the other documents needed for retrenchment claim. They never responded to my email.</p> <p> </p> <p>They have been calling me stating that big am in arrears what is the point of having insurance, they not saying anything about the insurance company process my retrenchment.</p>
