under debt review and finchoice debited from my account

utter;y disgusted, i am under debt review and finchoice was advised but have refused to acknowledge this and went ahead and debited my account i have been calling their debt review department non-stop noone has answered for 25 mins. i want a refund and for you guys to cancel the debit order as my bank cant reversed it as they have blocked their debit orders. why do you refuse to acknowledge a legal document prohibiting you from deducting from my account
