Unauthorized debit order mandate
I was approved for a R1500 on PayJustNow. I logged in to load a moneymaerket voucher but the option was gone and a new option was loaded. I had to complete an application but stopped when it requested me to approve a credit check. But this company went on to load a debit order mandate and they are now not assisting to remove it.
How do you load a debit order in an account where you did not lend money to. Please remove this mandate as soon as possible!
