Unauthorized debit order

Finchoice debited my account while I was on debt review, when I called they told me they did not debit but my bank statement shows that they debited me, now I'm struggling to get through to their debt review department, I keep calling but just get put on hold for hours. I'm absolutely disappointed with finchoice and would not advise anyone to ever use them. They are ******! What they did was ******* and cruel to the core!
