UNAUTHORISED DEDUCTIONS
I paid my account in full! Settlement letter requested, payment done and paid up letter received! Now they keep deducting money from my account!!! No feedback whatsoever after numerous mails. Don't even know why I bother will probably just get a generic response here too!
