Unauthorised Debit orders

I had the following accounts with Finchoice ( ********** ; ********** ; & ********** ) which where all paid up. The last loan was handed over to Creditworx for collection, i made a six months payment arrangement with them and paid the loan in full. However, Finchoice has further handed my name to Creditworx, they keep debiting my account. When i ask for a statement the call centre agents dont provide.

I have attempted countless times to contact Finchoice at ***(Debt Review dept.) but this number is never answered. When i contact their call center I'm told that they cant help me because my account is under debt review.

In the interim Creditworx keeps contacting and debiting my bank account. I want Finchoice to fix this, it doesn't help that they are contactable.
