Unauthorised Debit Order
I had a debit order to repay via debit date the 25/12/2023. I have to settled the loan on the 14/12/2023. Woke up this morning to a debit order after I have settled my payment,can I have my refund I am more than happy email the settlement quote and proof of payment. This is actually very unprofessional
