Unauthorised account
I have sent countless emails and WhatsApp to do choice to cancel the account. I was querying on paystretch online and a day later I receive a debicheck mandate through my back and congratulatory email for activating my account which I did not consent to? No supporting documents were provided by me yet I now have a finchoice account ? It’s been 5 days and there hasn’t been an email response to my request.
