So I had a refund of over 400 which was withheld from me and everyday they are deducting something from that amount . Currently I’m in 162 . They keep on saying you will receive your refund will be made within 24-48 hours. I’m currently sitting on more that 14 days.

Oh and there is a new **** where their employees log into our accounts, change our passwords and *****ulently get loans and when you bring it to their attention they just ignore your complaint.
