Trace alert on a paid up account

My account was paid up in 2014 and Finchoice handed over the account to SAYA RECOVERIES who placed a trace alert on my ITC in 2016 ,I have tried to get them to remove that stupid trace alert to no vail , I have sent all the relevant documents but they keep on telling the account is closed on their side
