Took out a temp loan with finchoice in 2023 i believe and because I couldn't pay it they handed it over to nimble and I settled it in 2024 and requested a paid up letter till this date I never received a the paid up letter. What's bad is that my credit score still shows that I owe finnchoice or nimble the money when I call nimble they keep telling me they will send the paid up letter in 48 hours... Dololo paid up letter. To make it worse the is another 3rd party company that called me to settle the finchoice account and I advised them that I had settled the account,they also reflect on my credit score with the same outstanding balance I paid nimble.I can't even dispute this with credit bureau because they request a paid up letter which I don't have. Finchoice is the worst
