Took all my money before scheduled debit order date!!!!
My debit order is on the 25th of every month and for the 3rd time they have debited my account on the 22nd. I only get paid on the 25th and they have taken all my money!!! When you call for assistance there is nothing they can do. This is my money and I have a sick daughter and a pregnant wife. I got cut off 4 times today and till now no one has come back to me. Your staff is rude!
