Think twice before using their ‘Skip Payment’ option

I have been trying for 2 months to get the “account in arrears” message off my account. I requested a skip in January. Was told to pay an amount, which I did. My account still showed I was in arrears, then I was told to pay another amount, which I also did. And still my account shows it’s in arrears. I don’t know what to do anymore. I for sure won’t ever use their skip payment option again.

I still have the ‘account in arrears’ message on my account when I log in. When I phoned they said my account is up to date. Can someone remove that message from my profile??
