<p>After being assured by Lamees Japhta that debit orders were stopped on my account, the last money I had in my account was debited on Saturday morning. I have sent Lamees an email requesting this refund however as to be expected I have not had a response. I want my money refunded IMMEDIATELY as my Debt Review Company has a payment arrangement with you as I have paid them already! PLEASE give me back my money as I have no money going forward to live and buy food!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ******* and ***** is what you are!</p>

How very disappointing that you treat customers like this, so quick to take money after promises of nothing being debited and then cannot give back! *****!!!!
