Terrible service, terrible attitude

Terrible how you treat your long term customers. I had made a payment arrangement with you guys for a particular amount and you then go on to my account to debit more than the agreed amount. I try to call your call centre then an unprofessional lady answered then left my call on the side. The ladies name is Olga and just like you, I wasted my airtime. Please explain yourselves
