Terrible service
Finchoice and CWX always called me while I was retrenched and couldn't pay the loan. Now I have paid up their loan and I have been waiting for 3 weeks now to get my paid up letter, I sent both of them my proof of payment but my balance has never changed and I paid the settlement. FINCHOICE AND CWX are very *****
