Terrible service as always

I was doing a credit check and only to find out that the loan i settled in the beginning is still reflecting as active even the Homechoice account. I requested for closure of both accounts someone explain to me why are these damn accounts are still active and showing outstanding amount??? Whoever is gonna contact me better have a good explanation for that,you guys are so *********** nothing from you guys is done accordingly!
