Terrible Service

I App**** for a finchoice loan more than a week ago.To date I have not had a response ,except for the times that I call / email.The only feedback given to me is "The Loan is in he final security stage and will be finalised today".It has been a week later.Still no work from finchoice. et the advertising on the website say"Get an immediate answer".
