Terrible Attitude

<p>I had called in to sort out my banking details as it had changed, the rude lady on the other side couldnt hear me properly and I cant kept on moving so it would be easier for her to hear me, she proceded to get annoyed and frustrated with me and then she just moves away from the phone and callls for Fabian... she doesnt tell me to hold on or anything she then comes back in a **** mood and tells me abruptly that she will call me back to get my details. My darling you work for a comapny that offers a service if you cant help a customer and dont have high tolerence and gets annoyed easily this is not a job for you. Seriously a big company like this should have they staff in chec****!</p>
