Telephone lines and what's app number not working. Bad service
I have app**** for a loan and sent all my details., to date I have not received the money transferred into my account and that time they have scheduled a debit for the 25th of the money we did not agree on
I have tried to send what's app message and calling the center to no avail.
Can a manager call me ASAP and advise what is going on and in the meantime I will contact my bank to block debits from you, if I do not receive the money
