Taking forever to refund me
I have been querying about a refund that is supposed to be paid into my account. It was promised to be paid from Tuesday(15/03/22) and today is Friday(18/03/22) and still I’m waiting.
I got an sms that my query 894772 has been resolved yet there’s no funds deposited. Even got new query 899277. I even made several calls with the same promise that it will be paid.
To come to think I was once highly impressed about FinChoice and every time I give them 10 customer satisfaction rating every time I get off the call with them. I take that. It got to be the worse financial institution ever. Shaking my head!
