Taking a double debit of my account without warning
This month finchoice took a double debit order of my account without warning. When I call the call centre I get this chick that states I was sent a sms and email to let me know that they will take a double debit. While on the phone with her I check my sms inbox as well as email inbox and have not recieved any communication. The she states that it is on the recording of my initial taking of the loan. I did not receive a mail with my terms and conditions either as she states and then while still talking she puts down the phone. Also she states that finchoice does not have the finances to call and let their clients know. I will be returning the debit order today at the bank. You can get your money at the time it is due like everyone else on the last day of the month as I agreed to on my initial agreement. That you can check as I only get paid on the last day of the month. Really your call centre agents are rude and could use training on how to deal with a client instead of telling clients that their lying or that we should check our communication more often.
Good day,
