Takes forever to update credit profile

When will Finchoice update my profile at Xds and Transunion i am being listed and i have paid up both accounts what nonsense is this? Everytime i have to complain and please do not pass this complaint on to Jemina she is just useless. If my credit profile is not updated i will have to make my way to the ombudsman.
