Stupid ridiculous lousy service

Poor poor ridiculous service , I app**** for loan and input the incorrect number ,tried to go back to fix it ,their page doesn't have that option ,an agent called me back nkhayiseng was her name said she would fix it if I gave all other details , called in today agent called Abdullah said it wasn't fixed and they can fix it without the 1st cell number ,which I expressed it was input in error and u don't know it ,he said he can't help me , so really stupid that they can't help but approved my application, so funds just sitting there in my name
