Stop phoning me

You are the worst and most annoying financial institution I've ever come across. I'm getting calls from you everyday about the arreas in my account despite the fact that I've made an arrangement countless times on the phone so why am i getting calls everyday to explain the same thing over and over?do you not record my arrangement on your system? Please stop calling me everyday youre annoying me so bad that ill never ever apply for anything with you guys
