Still waiting for the application to be processed 5 days later

<p>I app**** for a loan at finchoiceon the 29th November...Today is the 5th December and no one at Finchoice can tell me whats going on. I call every day and every day i get told today i will get a call to verify my details. I am not sure what the hold up is as again no one can tell me. They said to me that someone called me, but i had no miss calls on my landline and cell phone. To be honest, every day is a new story. One day its at another department, the next day they will call me, the next day they say it will be paid out. Theres a 2 day turn around time on the website but its been 7 days if you count the weekend. If yourll are unable to assist please say so instead of wasting my time. I dont want to use other alternative as to many applications affect my credit rating negatively. I am very dissappointed with the level of service and the fact that no one can give me a proper answer...If yourll listen to the recordins you will hear the consultants tell me that they themselves will call me back personally...but NOTHING! not even an SMS to say that its being worked on. I get the emails telling me that i qualify fo x amount but instead no one can actually sort my application out. Whats going on FINCHOICE?</p>
