STILL shows I owe money after settling more than a year ago!!
Last year June / July I got a settlement letter and the full settlement amount was paid. I even received a full paid up letter. This however still shows oustanding. You guys have also called me and everything was send but it is still not sorted. I want the data updated that shows that I have now settled my loan. My id is ***
