still no payment recieved

<p>Over the weekend my kwikadvance finaly showed paid but then i still owed the 97c! So i paid yhat ammount after paying the settlement ammount given on the 12th. It is now the 22 Aug my kwikadvance that i paid on the 12th is still missing even though they have a proof of payment. I called and they said they would escalate. Then they called me and ask why i did not pay? Really!!! What happened to my payment???</p>
