Still no feedback

Good day I've checked Ussd code it's telling me to call finchoice for details needed. I have re-registered on the app put other details in. I don't know what else is needed. I have had no feedback to my previous complaint. I have emailed even to query still no-one gets back to me. What else is needed for u to answer my previous question on helopeter.
