Still listed as Bad payer after account is settled

Can somebody please tell me why I am still listed as a bad payer with 9 months in arrears, owing R10810, when my account was settled 3 years ago. Please tell me why , because I am unable to apply for credit because of you. Transunion,Experian, XDS, Compuscan, they are all reflecting that I owe Finchoice and Im a bad payer. You are one of those credit providers who are quick to list people as bad payers but too slow to update that record when they no longer owe you. I have done my part, please do yours. I have sent emails, no response. Today I try your callcentre, they just keep dropping the phones. Let us try to be professional.
