Still debiting my account after settling early
My Account was debited after settling my loan early, they said it takes 5 days to refund and now I don't even have money. I have sent an email to cancel my debit right after my settlement. What a mess-up,seriously putting me in a bad situation financially. Now agent is saying they have no managers, all managers work from home.
