Still awaiting for feedback

so after i have complained about Finchoice not wanting to credit me back my money, i received a call from a lady called Lamees Japhta from Finchoice who requested that i forward my documents to her so she can proses the refund manually. I sent the documents to her on the 04/08/2015 already and has not received any acknowledgement or what so ever.<br> <br> I have never in my life experience such incompetency , a company which hires people with no integrity and respect for their customers <br>
