Finchoice is so disgusting I took a loan with finchoice and I requested a settlement letter and I settled the account. The next thing my account was debited on the 13th and my pay date is the 15th. I phoned them and they said I must email proof of payment and I did just that but they don’t respond to my emails. I am so disappointed with finchoice when I asked the lady that I spoke to on the phone she said refund takes 3to5 days what is surprising is they were so quick to debit my account and they take so long to refund.They mustn’t ignore me because I want my refund 😡😡
