Stay away from Finchoice if you wasnt peace of mind

I am so angry with the service I have been getting from Finchoice.

I have a loan with Finchoice and the installments to the loan are directly debited by Finchoice in my bank account. I sometime***tra every month. The point is as I was randomly checking my mini statement I noticed that my loan is in arreas. I called their call centre and the guy I spoke to said he can see that I made payment he will take the matter to their finance department.

I checked again this morning the issue has not been resolved. Like do this people even know the negative effect this thing has on my credit score. I will never use finchoice ever again. And the fact that they do not send monthly installments is just another way of ****ING us.

Honestly if I see that this shows as a non payment on my credit record I am cobtacting my lawyers. I cant have this. I am paying them well what more do they want from me...trying to ruin my name
