Speechless

OMW! I am absolutely speechless stroes!<br> So I have been having this on going problem regarding my phone and all that Jazz.<br> So I make a payment into my FinChoice 12month loan, ahead of time coz I needed the funds right?<br> But there are no funds avail.<br> So I call in and query and guess what?<br> I am told that funds are not avail and will not be a avail for a couple of months becoz of a LATE PAYMENT IN DECEMBER?<br> Funny I checked my statement for December and there was no late payment<br> Also, I thought last months payment \situation"was sorted?<br> <br> So let me get this straight?<br> <br> Not only am I STILL sitting with a broken phone"
