Siziphiwe you are disgusting you don't deserve to be in customer care,guys pay back my refund I need it!!

I have never had such a bad customer experience in my entire life Spoke to a Wendy and a Yonela they were bad don't deliver over promise and don't deliver as for Siziphiwe Magaudule she is the worst and the reason i will never refer anyone to finchoice people are losing jobs and we still have people like her who are supposed to help,she lies she is rude and i am so going to make this recording trend. I called for my refund i was told within 5 days i will get and nothing happens only when I call after 5 days only then I am told that they need proof why didn't anyone call so i can send the document, fine i send the document still nothing is happening as if that was not stressful enough dealing with *********** staff this Siziphiwe Magadule putting salt n the wound by being rude i am disgusted to say the least, Apparently team leaders are too busy to be calling client's back.
