Sh#t service!

Customer service is extremely poor!

I have worked in a call centre and was never irritated or rude to a client! Does not matter what they say or how they speak to me. I am trying to make payment arrangements as I don't have a income at the moment. Every time a consultant calls me, it's extremely noisey, they don't greet or they get rude... They have hung up on me several times. If the payment arrangement is not made, don't blame me. The people who work there clearly doesn't care if the business retrieves their money or even closes down. They are just there for their salary, which they clearly do not deserve as they treat customers like ****. They have an attitude and will interrupt you whilst speaking. It is highly disgusting & unprofessional!
