Shows I owe money after nearly 9 years!!!!

I tried to buy something through Home choice and I was told I owe Finchoice an amount of R886. This was the response from a consultant "Your Finchoice account 65595 currently has a outstanding balance of R886.00" I have since asked for a statement of account as last account I had with Finchoice was in 2008/9!!!! I have asked this consultant (Jathniel Rietmuller) Several times How can this be as it does NOT reflect on my ITC. And its now so hard to try confirm payments after nearly 9 years. I requested a full statement of account, so I can clear this so called Debt from my name!!! And I still have received absolutely NO response. EMAIL ONLY
