**** service********

its been over 2 months I requested for my account to be closed, even today I haven't got any assistance, instead I got call from nadipha who has no customer service very rude ordering me around like she is my boss, it don't seem as even the manager cares what us as customer complain about no wonder their agents are full of ****, I don't want any marketing **** either on e-mail,sms or call, I need some one who know their job to deal with my request asap
