Settlement refund long over due

I settled my loan account on 15 Nov 2015 of which I was supposed to get my monthly installment after three days of payment. I have been getting stories from my account details are wrong on their system to a duplication of bank details was found. To date I'm still waiting for my refund. When one seeks for a loan, the money is deposited within hours into the bank account but, It becomes an issues when money should be refunded back to the client. Waiting for refund for 8 weeks is definitely not and will not ever be recognized as good service and no one is bothered by giving me feedback on the matter. I have to waste my money and call in myself. "FINCHOICE NOT MY FUTURE CHOICE"
