Settlement discount delay

i don't know you sold my accounts to people who are unable to assist me accordingly,i have asked discounts for 50%to settle the accounts im on a financial constraint and i manage to try and get assistance to try and settle but i asked for discount from Norman and Bisset till now im waiting and waiting nothing happens,its been months they just froze the calls but no response i need the letters today ,i must take them some where and now I'm being delayed I'm the one who calls them no response, agents are confuse and can make correct calculations, i dint know what to do any more,you took the account to them so communicate and send me the discounted letters
