Settlement discount

Good day, i am Lorraine Mpela have an exsisitng loan with Finchoince i requested a settlement discount offer of my balance however Finchoine agent and Team leader(Warren ) they told me they do not offer discount.

I explain my reason of wanting a discount and they still deny me, i requested a manager of which Warren still denies me to speak to her/him.

The service that i received was pathetic as i have to wait 40 minutes on each call just to speak to the manager and unfortunately i still did not speak to her/him.

Can a manager call me as the finchoince staff even deny me the manager's email address as a consumer it is my right to speak to any of the management if i have a concern or complaint.

Finchoice's call center agent they are very *********** as not willing to assit as they did not even know their team leader's name and gave me incorrect info on my account.
