Settled Loan Account in Full. Debit Order Still Pending
Settled 12 Month Loan Account in Full and to My Surprise I have a Pending Debit order. when I called in to query they said that they will send the query to another department. What’s so Frustrating is That they Said That I should forward the Proof of Payment after making the payment so they could update and now i have to let them debit my account so I do not get a negative listing on my Credit Record which will have me calling them again to process a refund. Never Doing Business with Finchoice
