Settled account which I'm being told it's still outstanding.
I had a mobi money and a loan. Both were cleared with an arrangement from Legal. I have all my documents and they have been e mailed to every e mail address I could find. They are still phoning me for money's outstanding, and rude???? How many times do I need to e mail and how many times do I need to explain. I still have had no feedback from them over the mobi money account. I've tried phoning legal and no reply, all I do is hold on and waist my air time. Extreamly Unhappy!!!

Your ladies can only stop the calls for 1 day - if this is not solved today we go back tomorrow to the same situation of at least 3-4 calls a day with ladies being rude and putting the phone down in my ear. Please, please, please, sort this out. They don't read the notes on your system?
