SERVICE THAT STINKS

Unfortunate that I had to deal with an organisation like Finchoice. They debited an amount off my account and it did not make sense. I reversed the debit order and then when I got paid I called in for the settlement figure. Which I was advised was R5085. I did ask the consultant f that settlement was including the debit I reversed and I was advised yes!

Now I am told that I am still owing them for the amount that was reversed and also interest!!!!!!!!!

I took a 4000 loan but have paid 5085 and still owe 1300????

I wish to take this further. They always say calls are recorded then I want then to refer to the consultant that told me the loan has been settled and they need to update their system.
