Service of agents

I took a loan with finchoice, in the process of paying back the loan they offered me another loan I took it now my credit score was affected negatively because of finchoice.... I've never missed a payment

When I call finchoice their service is so pathetic the agents are so rude one of them is yuhirah or something and I've spoken to 3 others.... They will just keep on transferring you while you speaking without helping I'm assuming no one keeps track of the quality of service they giving to clients

Personally finchoice is helpful but when you having issues trust me you are going to receive a ****ty service
