Second complaint

This is the second complaint that I am filing with regards to the same issue. I repaid my account in November 2017 in full. I posted a similar complaint two weeks ago and received a paid up letter from their offices and was promised that this issue was resolved yet I still receive email, phonecalls and SMSes from their attornerys VAN DE VENTER MOJAPELO (PTY) LTD Debt Collectors. This is highly unprofessional and needs to be sorted out ONCE AND FOR ALL. I am sick and tired of these threatening messages and it reflects badly on my credit bureau records and scoring.
